Health Care Reform

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 mark a sweeping overhaul of the U.S. health care system.

We recognize that these broad changes in our health care system may cause uncertainty among our employees and retirees, but it is still too early to fully asses all impacts of the law and its measures on our health care program.  We are currently evaluating the impact of this legislation on our plans and preparing communication materials for both active employees and retirees. Be sure to watch your mailbox and check back for periodic updates on this issue.
