Class 2: Management, Confidential, Unrepresented, Law Enforcement Executive Management and effective 6/1/2017 Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Supervisory Unit
Class 3: Elected Officials
Class 4: Deputy District Attorney Association (DDAA) and County Counsel
Benefit Amount
66 2/3% of the first $15,000 of your pre-disability Earnings, reduced by Deductible Income, whichever is greater.
Maximum Benefit Period :
Classes 1, 2 and 4: Determined by your age when Disability begins, as follows:

How to File a Claim
To file a claim call The Standard’s claim intake service center at (800) 378-2395.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Employer Name: The County of Riverside
- Group Policy Number: 641685
- Your name and Social Security number
- The date of the last day you were at work
- Nature of your claim/Medical information
- Your attending physician’s contact information (name, address, phone and fax)
Waiting Period
Class 1: 60 days
Classes 2, 3 and 4: 30 days
