Deferred Compensation Resources

After you have made your Post Employment Program decisions, you may wish to contribute all or part of any leave pay out you receive to Deferred Compensation, further reducing your taxable income. Two companies, AIG Retirement and Nationwide, provide Deferred Compensation financial advice and assistance to employees.
